Rent Cover Plan
- Back to day one cover, payable monthly in arrears (on day 31)
- ASU, AS only or U only
- Accident, Sickness or Unemployment benefit payable for up to 12 months
- No limit to the number of claims that can be made
- Cover up to 125% of monthly Rent costs
- Benefit can be paid directly to the Landlord or Letting Agent (Client chooses which at start of claim)
Self Cert Mortgage Protection
- Back to day one cover, payable monthly in arrears (on day 31)
- ASU, AS only or U only
- Accident, Sickness or Unemployment benefit payable for up to 12 months
- No limit to the number of claims that can be made
- Cover up to 125% of mortgage interest, mortgage repayment, life assurance, home insurance, council tax, electricity, gas, water and heating oil costs
- No income validation to support a claim, Client must simply show proof that lat 6 monthly mortgage payments were made in full and on time.
- Great for Employed unable to prove income, Self Employed with low or no Net Profit in their accounts, and Controlling Directors drawing Dividends not Salaries
